Do all bookings have to be made in advance?
We strongly advise to book in advance, it guarantees availability. Last minute bookings can be accommodated.
What happens after I have booked the online car service.
You will get an email confirmation with the driver details.
How long after the booking do I get a confirmation?
You will get a confirmation straightaway.
Where do I meet the driver at the Airport?
Driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with your name board or with pick up sign as you come out of the customs. Driver will also text you on the number you provided at the time of booking.
What if my flight is late or early?
The driver will monitor the flight time so if you land late or early, your driver will be there.
How long will the driver wait for me?
1 hour and 15 minutes after the flight lands after that waiting time will charged according to the car requested.
How do I pay if there are any extra payments to be paid.

How do I get my receipt?
You will get your receipt by email.

Do you charge for the car park at the airport?
The Meet & Greet service costs £5 that includes the car park charges and pays for the waiting time of the driver. If the waiting is longer than 1 hour minutes than the car park and waiting will be charged accordingly after that.
Can I cancel a booking once I have made it?
